"Ordered a decaf but they made a regular. The lady making drinks rather forcefully had us pull around. I'm pretty sure they just gave the same drink that was already made. I'm less a fan of Starbucks every time I go."

"I mobile ordered @12:06, i got to the location @12:14 my order still wasn't ready so i waited. I saw my drink just sitting in the shaker on the counter not being worked on. I asked one of the employees to check on my order and just ignored me. I finally got my order @12:20 and it was made completely wrong. I asked for them to remake what i paid for the lady snatched it from me and shook her head. Yes i was upset because why should i have to wait 20 minutes if i ordered ahead. I got the drink back and said thanks she turned around and said aloud what you say to me and i said thank you. She said you better had said that. Such an unprofessional establishment & poor customer service all together. I WILL NEVER BE BACK & NO ONE SHOULD GO THERE."

"I forgot to ask for coconut milk for one of my 3 drinks. Before they made it, I told the guy and he told the barista. They didn't say anything to me but make it with regular milk and then the barista said the sticker said whole milk and I didn't pay the extra for coconut milk. If I knew that when I told them, I would for sure paid the extra but the barista had a lot of attitude and wasn't having it."

"My drive-through experience was good. There was no line, and it was during the lunch hour. That's pretty darn good for Star Bucks, although it is spring break. The young lady who took my order was really nice. Then I added at the the window, and she handled the transaction with no problem. I ordered the lemon loaf. Star bucks open the loaves and heat them. If you want yours sealed, be sure to indicate it at the time of your order. Great job."

"For $13 I think it's a joke they hand me my drinks half full basically. I was initially handed one that was full to the brim but it was made incorrectly so they kept it and then I was given my drinks. Obviously I love Starbucks but I think it's absurd that they'd do this to their customer this fits into a tall cup just use other cups if this is "truly" how much im supposed to receive"
