"On March 2, 2024, my daughter and I decided to visit the Tropical Smoothie Café. Unfortunately, our experience at this particular location left much to be desired. Despite there being only two cars ahead of us in line, we waited for a staggering 10 minutes before reaching the drive-thru window. During this time, none of the employees communicated with us, although they were seen moving about behind the window. Finally, when a female employee did open the window, instead of addressing our concerns or offering an apology for the wait, she audaciously solicited a tip. This was already disheartening, but matters worsened upon receiving our order. We had ordered two smoothies, but upon tasting them, it was evident that they were made with subpar or even spoiled fruit, leaving a displeasing taste. As someone who has enjoyed Tropical Smoothie Café in the past, this experience was well below the expected standard. The lack of timely service, the audacity to request a tip without providing adequate service, and the poor quality of the smoothies altogether contribute to a disappointing visit to this particular location."

"1 star for interior atmosphere. music is so loud. this is a hip hop disco. no way would I want to enjoy my meal or be able to talk to my friends or family. i feel sorry for the nice employees that have to work there. Turn off the music and I 'might' come back. Sad."
"I asked for the super green Caesar salad with the dressing on the side. I repeated my order at the window because she said Caesar wrap. I guess salad means wrap now. Food is good, smoothie is good, service not so much."
"My friend decide to get some smoothie so I tag along. He ordered me a Mango smoothie with some protein added. It was so smooth and delicious. I like it. It was a lot of smoothie. I believe is 24 oz. If you not really hungry and feel like to consume something to keep you until dinner, try a smoothie."
