"These people need to be trained properly, this morning the person taking drive thru orders displayed a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude. He was very persistent on they had nothing I wanted although it was clearly displayed on the screen. When I asked for hot he said it don’t come in cappuccino form which is fine but atleast say but it comes in lattes… I hope management addresses this."
