Owned and operated by Sid Smith, our institution is dedicated to providing the highest quality Glazed Do-Nuts, warm signature kolaches, and specialty drinks to our guests in the community. "I know it's only 5 bucks, but for two doughnuts, that's enough. These were tough and soggy. I tried putting them in a toast oven to try and crisp them up. But no, and I had to throw them away. You can see the wet frosting in the picture."
"This is my favorite Shipley to come to. Their donuts are always fresh, the team is always friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Luis is awesome! I really needed donuts with sprinkles and they were out, but he asked me to wait and went and added sprinkles to my donuts for me. Something super simple, but it made my day. Thank you, Luis!!"
"I have been eating Shipleys for years and ham and cheese are my go but NEVER have had a kolache this gross as a standard Shipley kolache it’s warm fresh good amount of cheese bread and ROLLED ham but what I was served was absolutely disrespectful I won’t be returning to this location"
"I feel like this place can be hit-or-miss for service and products based on other reviews. Luckily I had two good experiences. My first visit...I actually came for the chocolate filled donuts. Unfortunately since we did come later in the day, they didn't have much selection left. I was pretty disappointed. The lady behind the counter kinda felt bad and told me to try the chocolate filled chocolate donut and gave me a sample, said to come back if I liked it. Unfortunately, I didn't. Nonetheless, I came back a couple days later. I believe the owner was behind the counter this time. And they had plenty of chocolate filled Donuts...well 4 of them, and I bought them all, as well as 8 others! I was going to order a coffee... But I wasn't sure if it was fresh and decided to just get coffee at home. However the older gentleman went ahead and poured a cup and didn't charge me. The customer service was quite exceptional compared to my experience at other locations."
