"We had our order door dashed to us and there was absolutely no dipping sauces with our order and we got the $20 fill up box with nuggets and fries regular chicken and biscuits which comes with like 4 or 5 dipping sauces and didn't any not even ketchup or honey and our food was completely cold by time it arrived not to mention KFC already called us back and said it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before delivered because they had to make fresh biscuits and when we called to for our dipping sauces/ complain they're sorry there's nothing they can do about it another words we're SOL and sorry bout your bad luck is basically what the manager told us.... They have great customer service and even better food.... JK Don't eat here y'all it's a waste of time money and patience."
"Food is consistently just okay. But today this place was so trashed/dirty ! 2 other diners and all other tables empty and filthy! While one of the three employee sat in a dirty booth and played on his phone the ENTIRE time we were ordering, waiting and eating (do he wasn’t just “on break).Trash all over the floor, so disappointing - this is one of the nicer atmospheres (inside) for Azle - or it could be if anybody cared."
"This place was awful! We placed our order and waited 35 minutes for them to call our number. It was empty in the restaurant. The people after us got their food first. When we got our food I was shocked at the quality and size. We paid $35 for 3 meals and look at how small the chicken pieces were! It was super greasy. The tenders were tough and rubbery. I will never be going back here."
"Overall experience wasn’t bad, just the lady working the window was the biggest issue. I understand the long wait to take orders. After receiving our food she misunderstood one item i asked for which was fine. The part that i found horrible was her getting frustrated and cussing in front of customers and expressing rude comments about people in the drive-thru. Like i said overall experience wasn’t bad just the one person was disrespectful."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. We just ordered food. Waited forever just for the gravy to be charged wrong. Gravy placed upside down spilling all over my clothes and table. Then we open our chicken and it’s literally scraps! Check out the pictures. We went back to KCF for a refund and no one helped us. He had to ask for help multiple times and it is empty in here."
