"I have been a loyal subscription member for many years. Love the Just Black. So when this retail store opened, I thought I would stop by. It took forever to get there! It was a great experience. What I do not understand is why open across the driveway from a well established Starbucks? They have been there a long time and I hope you catch some of the customers who do not want to wait in those long lines! Ever thought of a price for more than one coffee. Meaning, I buy a cup of JB and finish it, I have to buy another cup to get a refill. Maybe charge an extra $2.50 for "unlimited" refills or something. It would be a great marketing idea to see if people would want to stay longer."

"We went today for the soft opening. Staff was Friendly and helpful. We have never been to the black rifle coffee company. We got a white chocolate mocha, white tea, Kolache and blueberry scone. Brought it home to the family and they loved it. Great atmosphere and merchandise. We will be back."
