"Came here at 5:50 on a Tuesday evening. This sign was placed on the counter the employee working there had multiple people waiting to place orders and was sitting on his phone. This wasn’t a 15 minute break there were people who had been waiting 20+ minutes and he still hadn’t budged. I’ve never experienced the lack of customer service I did here."
