"Payed for my items. I guess new manager was pressing that I didn’t pay and began to argue and harass me about it I told him go back and look again and what do you know. I did pay. I think they need to change management up again."
"My wife and I just moved to the area a couple of months ago, and this particular Sonic location's been a convenient place to get a quick bite to eat. We've had variable experiences with different Sonic locations over the years. That said, this one has consistently been clean, had friendly staff, and provided good food without an excessive wait. The topper, though, was that they were still open last night (Christmas Eve) for me to be able to quickly grab a meal for myself and my stepdaughter's boyfriend. Why does this matter? Because my wife, stepdaughter and her son were at the ER dealing with a broken arm. This happened late afternoon and, not knowing when they'd get back, we had to shelve our previous plans. The staff, even working Christmas Eve, was still friendly and prompt, and even the owner came over to wish me a Merry Christmas. We'll definitely be going back!"
"Found a cricket at the bottom of an order of popcorn chicken. Avoid!!!! Do not eat here! Do not feed your children food from this location!! Also, when notified about this the manager offered to call me back at 6 am to address the issue and they could not/did not refund my money. Avoid!!!!"
"I hate to say after a year of watching this place go down hill I think I'm done with this Sonic. I went in this morning and ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito it was literally half the size it was a year ago. When you cheat the customer you no longer deserve my busines."
"Pleasantly surprised. Decided to try again after a year. (This Sonic has been so BAD.) Area was clean, service was quick, order was correct and hot. Haven't see this Sonic run correctly for about 15 years. Good to see. I hope they keep it up so I can quit going to restaurants further away."
