"This one doesnt sell food. Placed an order on the kiosk, cash. Was acknowledged but not helped by two female employees. Ignored. Third strike you're out. Close this place down, they treat customers disrespectfully."
"The food is good considering it's fast food. But they were out of diet coke again. What fast food continues to run out of diet coke. This is the 3rd time. The last time they ran out of tea! The workers were polite."
"Shelter in the storm AND a great supper!! At the height of the severe weather, General Manager - Justin - had gotten his staff to safety in the walk-in. As he was locking up, he graciously let us in. Rode out the worst of it in the walk-in. Then, we ordered supper to take home. Nice to see such great young adults working & remaining calm!! Note, the Hudson Oaks Taco Bell location is well managed and very clean - in the lobby, in the back prep area AND in the cooler!! Kudos to Justin and his employees!!"
"Horrible experience, We went there 1 hour and 15 minutes before they closed and they told us they can’t serve us any drinks because their drink machine is down which I understand but then she (an employee) proceeded to tell me about how they refuse to fix it and problems That probably should not be discussed with customers. We were the only people in line and we drove up to the window after we ordered and decided we wanted nacho fries well when we asked for them to add the nacho fries to our order, the guy in the back said that they don’t have any made and it we would have to wait for 4 minutes so we said we were willing to wait for four minutes and then he said, “but they’ll have to go all the way around the building back to the window to re-order it again” Mind You nobody else in line… I would understand this rule if they had a long wait but that was unacceptable. once we got our food, it was all mushy and look like there was no care put into it. The photo listed is supposed to be a Mexican pizza."
