"Nothing “QUICK” about their Quick Lane services for a simple oil change. Expect to wait 3 hrs minimum and put up with Rude service writers. Been getting service done here since vehicle was purchased here but nothing has changed at this place. Sad part is that it all starts with management. This here is a reflection of the higher ups. Your wait time will depend how the service writer is feeling at the time they took in your vehicle in.Then have you wait another 30 min after vehicle being done to get you going. Work ethic here is LAME! Maybe management does NOT pay too much attention to the way employees operate the Quick Lane since its a walk across the parking lot and it might just be a little too far. Recommend you find another Quick Lane service center. Im sure it will be much better service and experience."
"Very bad service they took almost 3 hours to do the oil change on my truck. I had never had to be waiting so long for an oil change in the Quick Lane. They did not even have any water or coffee."
"Professional, generous, fair. These people got me taken care of quickly, got me a lyft to my hotel, and worked with all the many problems with my car (door won't open, car wouldn't turn over, steering failing) without charging me extra. Amanda was fantastic and reachable, and the team was professional."

"I arrived here 20 minutes before closing and the service was amazing! I was greeted at my car by Clarissa who welcomed me politely. Inside was very clean and I was offered water, coffee, and fruit by Amanda (I ate an apple). They both were very helpful and ran a great operation. My oil change was quick and the prices were affordable. Will definitely be back!"
