"Great food in a great atmosphere. We were seated quickly by a friendly staff. Our order was promptly taken and the drinks showed up quickly followed by fresh hot food. The building is very clean and is decorated very nicely. There is fireplace in the center of the dining room. There is outdoor seating overlooking a nice park area."

"Dixie was our waitress. She was very courteous. We had a group of five and our food arrived together. I love when that happens so no one is left waiting. I had the chicken fried steak with side salad and mashed potatoes. The salad is very nice, a good mix of greens, tomatoes, cheese and croutons. Their ranch dressing is to die for! The chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes not runny, thick and creamy. The meal was priced very decently. A great place just slightly off the beaten path. Go seek it out!"

"This is one of my favorite places in town for breakfast! I love the porcupine stack(which is chicken fried steak with breakfast bowl on top!) wife enjoys the texas size Belgian waffle breakfast sandwich! My kids say the Burriot is amazing and can’t ever finish more than half! Let’s try to support our local business! Also if u have an issue reach out before the negative reviews!"

"This place was pretty dirty when we came for dinner. The greeter took us to our table which was dirty even though the restaurant only had three for four parties present. She looked around for another table but all the other tables were also dirty. She retrieved a wet rag and wiped down the table in front of us. We noticed she repeated this for each arriving party while they watched. The waitress arrived, bright, happy and attentive realized the table was still covered in water and immediately found a dry rage to dry our table and left us with menus. We noticed that the floors were really dirty or grungy everywhere. Folded paper napkins steadied the tables. This made us worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. If you need to use the bathroom, wait - the local gas station will be a better choice. I ordered a CF steak and it was ok. My wife won't come back. So good staff, ok food, could use some regular housekeeping."
