"This is the best Starbucks I have been to in 5 different states. First off I came into the store to do some work on the computer, and just observing all the staff kindly and sincerely greeting everyone that comes into the door. I noticed that many of the baristas even called the guests by their names! The drink and croissant i ordered were just perfect. Great service guys ! Monday Morning 1/29"

"Just went to this location and they were out all 3 things we wanted to order. I wasn’t all that bothered by it until they said they couldn’t even make a pup cup. It’s literally just whipped cream! How does a Starbucks run out of whipped cream? Get it together."

"Management has instructed employees at this store that they are not allowed to clean the inside of the sauce pumps as a regular clean-up activity, and this also never happens during clean play (special cleaning day). The last 2 times a sauce pump was taken apart (only twice in the last year), it was full of black mold. Ice bins are also not cleaned regularly, even when there are spills. No safety improvements were made after this store was robbed twice in the last year. Starbucks Corporate does not care about the health, safety, or well-being of the employees or customers of this store. I would not feel safe being in this store, or eating anything that comes out of it. Threatening employees with worse working conditions and lay-offs is not going to improve morale or safety at this store. Starbucks Corporate needs to step in to improve the cleanliness, safety, and morale of this store, because currently it is unfit to be serving the people of Cypress."

"Have ordered a coffee with milk multiple times and it’s always usually just milk with a splash of coffee, like come on. I’m paying for coffee with milk not milk with coffee. It’s also frustrating to order ahead and when you arrive at pick up time you still have to wait a few more minutes for your order to be ready. I’m not sure what has happened in the last couple of months but whatever it was I hope it doesn’t last. I love Starbucks and this location but not as of late."
