"Got cold a cold chicken sandwich cold tenders cold onion rings and soggy fries idk wth happened but didn't go back or complain as the girl taking the order had an attitude so didn't want something worse to happen threw that trash out and came to whataburger waste of money"
"My wife went here to get us the special for the day, she got 4 burger meals and she got home, food was cold, meat was over cooked and dried, fries also cold, the bread was cold, it was just horrible food, i told her to call and complain, but more than likely manager going to say bring back food, and will give you fresh food or refund, but are they going to give us money for gas to go back and take food back no right, so why even bother horrible managment for letting this happen, it looked like they just had alot of meat cooked and just had it there waiting"
"I've never had a issue with them. I will say that before in the past it used to take forever to get my food. However, I haven't had that problem again with them in a very long time. Also their fries are always crispy and not greasy."
"Great location. We went here after school to get burgers and ice cream, we had a hot weather. We got there and there were very few cars parked waiting for service. The Manu is simple to understand and appealing. We ordered burger combos, they were freshly made and good. The only downside is that they didn't have ice cream"
"I went on Thursday around 3:40 pm and ordered a combo #1. When they brought it and they took my card to charge it I open the burger to reveal no beef patty in it!!! The lady server came back to give me the card and I tell her and she doesn't react to what I told her about my burger she just rudely ask for the receipt and take a the burger back inside and I tell to her just give a refund. I don't what them to spit in my burger of they bring me one again. I mean you got one job to do a burger and no apologies from the employees nada!"
