"Stood in front of the register for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me, they however did see me as they peeked out from the kitchen. Continued to stay back there and laugh it up. A car came through the drive through and they got that done pretty quick it seemed. Eventually one employee said "we'll be right you" and I waited another 5 minutes. Nobody ever came up. This place will probably close like the burger King before it. Terrible place."
"Drive thru ordered. Receive wrong order, went back through drive thru, received attitude from manager. They gave me the “correct” order and took the incorrect order back. Checked baggie, didn’t give me the correct order. Left to whata."
"Practically threw the oder on the table. Hambuger was not warm. Curly fries looked like they were run through a food chopper. First visit... last visit ."
"They seem to prioritize the drive-thru over the person who walked in the door. Last night I watched my curly fries come up and sit there while they dealt with a drive-thru order that was ordered just before my fries were done. I ended up with a cold bacon ultimate cheeseburger and hot curly fries that were undercooked. It was late I was tired and more than a little irritated I said not one word to them about it. They said nothing to me about it. So I can only hope they realize they messed up. I will give them a couple more chances and then readjust the score accordingly."
"My family & I came down to South Padre Island for a few days & if there is one thing my family loves, it’s jack in the box. This specific restaurant in Port Isabel was a 10/10. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, & most of all; the service was outstanding. Extra 10 points because Twilight Breaking Dawn was playing on the tv. Keep doing a great job!"
