Whataburger

"Ordered through Whataburger app for delivery on Thursday. The app doesn’t show third party delivery or that it’s a 50/50 chance no one will pick it up, no one informed me my order was not picked up after an hour & was just sitting there, when I called the manager blamed the app and took no ownership in correcting the companies mistake. Now 4 days later I still haven’t been refunded my funds from paying through the app & corporate sent an email they’d be looking into it, but no resolution. I’d say go in person, but even going in person the wait can be ridiculous and the food is below average. Save your time, money, and energy."

"Want to know the one reason there are no Chick-fil-A's in the RGV? It's because Whataburger has hired all the super polite service oriented young people available. On top of that they are all bilingual but speak with fabulous clarity in both languages. Food is consistently very good, but the staff is so helpful and patient. Thank you!"

"Told me to wait until 11 to get my jalapeño cheese biscuits I said is fine. Made a regular order as I wait, waited at the desk until 11:07 until was acknowledged when my food was ready, I stated I was still waiting to order my biscuits with the meal but hat the lady said I just had to wait then8 minutes for it to be 11, 15 minutes my meal was ready order of my biscuits. Props to the manager who kept asking for the 2 biscuits, as it hits 11:13 the same lady asked what’s wrong with me, he told her he is the one waiting on the biscuits. Update: I get home and but into the burger just to see my plea for no tomatoes that I was allergic became tomatoes and ketchup, my dipping sauce of 1 sauce of jalapeño ranch was not there but in its place 3-4 ketchup dipping my sauces ketchup and spicy ketchup. I advise anyone with any food allergy to stay away your safer playing Russian roulette. If my throat closes up a lawyer WILL hear about this. I called for the woman several times until I heard a remark from the customer behind and I felt as if she tried to send me to the hospital or worse."

"The service was great and staff were really nice. The food tastes great but we ordered kids meals and did not get what we ordered. My kids do not like mustard. We ordered plain hamburgers but still got mustard and pickles on every single kids burger. Not many children like mustard. If anything, I think they should make every burger plain unless specified otherwise."

"Burgers are OK, service is OK too. I think I’ve had better tasting burgers. Waiter just brought the food. I had to get up and ask for ketchup, sauce and napkins. Customer service experience was not all that great for me."
