"My wife stopped to get 2 footlong coney's and decided to get 2 grill cheese's. She gets home and the footlong dogs barely had chili and cheese and had no taste as if they watered down the little bit of chili it had. The grill cheese's were a joke. How do you screw up a grill cheese? Well you use Texas toast and a lot of butter and no cheese. We cut open the bread that was stuck together and could not find cheese. I can make you a grill cheese and you can see, feel and taste the cheese. Not Sonic grill cheese. Now we see why this sonis never has any customers. Even the high schoolers stopped going to this place. Terrible food. I would be embarrassed to serve the food they gave us."
"I’ve tried this location multiple times and they always fail to get my order correct and always take WAY to long to bring my order out. The food usually is hot and and tasty but you’re better off driving a few minutes to give your money to a location that takes the extra 5 seconds to double check orders."
"I ordered a cheese burger, onion rings, and a cherry limeade at the drive-thru. The guy said pull forward after giving the total. No one came to take payment, nor did the food ever come. We waited 25 minutes before just leaving. I could understand if they were busy, but there could not have been more than 6 cars total, including my vehicle."
"Got my order wrong. I ordered mozzarella sticks with extra marinara and a large strawberry limeade. Luckily, I checked my bag and was able to ask for the extra marinara that they forgot. Got home and realized they gave me a strawberry lemonade instead of a limeade. The receipt is correct, they heard what I said. I just want what I ordered. I'm leaving this review after years of checking my bag and having to wait for them to come back out with what I asked and paid for. Today just got to me because I really wanted my limeade."
"Our order was messed up a tad bit but the General Manager Erica fixed it and replaced the item. Other than that it was a good experience."
