"If you are ordering online and they mess your order up they will not help you fix it. Our order was missing three items and the person on the phone was not helpful. She told me her coworker remembered bagging everything and that I could bring our order back in (when asked if they would remake everything she didn’t answer) or I could request a refund from DoorDash. I don’t care if this place has good food, I will never eat here again and will tell everyone I know about their lack of customer service. We just wanted our missing items and I was willing to go and get them but that was never given as an option. Edited: pizza is ice cold but good. So, the food is okay."

"I am from the Bronx and worked at NYC pizzerias every summer. This pizza is pretty damn close to NYC style pizza. The downside is their toppings. They slice sausage paper thin. You can barely taste it. Traditional NYC pizzerias slice thick, which gives you more bang for your buck."
