"Today is February 10th. I am changing my review Because I just got my Third bad pizza. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni with extra pepperoni. I paid extra and more than I normally do. I did not get extra pepperoni. So I just wasted my money. And the person on the phone was very rude. This little Little Caesars has become just like the rest of them. Every time I get Something other than just a hot and ready it's very disappointing. I have been to this Little Caesars more than 12 times. I have gotten an excellent pizza every single time. The Little Caesars Pizza in Cibolo Texas is by far the best Little Caesars in San Antonio area."
"Got to love uncooked pizza..... NOT John the manager is a joke"
"This visit and our last visit at this location has been so dissapointing! This time our order was not ready in the time frame given. My husband waited inside and after 20 minutes he asked about our order because 30 minutes had passed and he was told they were waiting on our crazy bread. So when he was given our pizzas they were cold and when we opened the crazy bread there were only 3 pieces in the bag. And the pizzas weren't even cut. Would not recommend this location. Go to 3009!!!"
"Placed an order for a cheese pizza sub marinara for cheese sauce. The first order came back with pepperoni, they said they would get it fixed up but the second order was built like the pretzel pizza, when I came back to share the feedback, the manager Edith snatched the pizza out of my hands and slammed it into the trash can right in front of me and the other customers waiting. Feeling embarrassed I asked the kid at the register to get the manager for me not knowing it was the same person that snatched the pizza from my hands. Poor management and a poor experience! You win Edith, I'll go somewhere else to eat."
"I honestly don’t know why their overall review is so low. The food is good and the service is too. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Although I will say that their pizza is pretty greasy so if you don’t like greasy pizza then I wouldn’t recommend."
