"Just trying to understand why the staff there isn't trained properly. One day I come in im able to get my chime card reloaded... it even advertises by the door what cards are able to get loaded... the next I come in and I'm told that ya'll don't load them... so what is it??"

"The coffee in here is never the same price. Yesterday I came in got a cold coffee and it was $1.72, the day before it was a $1.94, today I was charged $2.15 for the same cup of coffee. I think these people need to be retrained because this isn't the first time they have over charged me. Last time they literally charged me $10 extra for someone else's stuff had to comeback to get a refund. Just all around bad business."

"I attempted to get fuel there this morning and pump wasn't on and wasn't bagged. I went in and let the clerk know. she told me the pump was working. she punched some buttons and I went back out. Still not on. I went back in and told her it was definitely NOT working and then went back and moved to another pump. This time it said See Cashier when I used my card. So I tried again, same thing. And I just used my card there on Saturday so I know it's not my card. i go back in for the third time and tell her and she basically blew me off and said it wouldn't accept my card. I noticed she was messing with the computer for the pumps so I don't know if she rejected my card for me calling her out on the pump that didn't work but she never bothered to go see WHY the first pump wasn't on! I had to get fuel somewhere else. Your employees need lessons in how to run the business because this ins't the first time there's been issues there."

"A injury with no apology and no concern! My mother fell on May 15th in the parking lot of Circle K as she was leaving the store heading to the gas pump. She was transported by ambulance to Cypress Hermann Memorial Emergency Room where she was treated for a broken nose, facial abrasions and some chipped teeth. After trying to file a personal injury claim it was denied from their insurance carrier who said the parking lot was in that condition because of wear and tear. Can you then understand after her fall about 2 days later they had made some repairs on the vary cracks my mom slipped and fell as a result of their duty to maintain safe and secure premises. Now she no longer feels comfortable going to this store as a result of the fall. If you are injured there you very well be the next customer who will be blamed for just being a customer."
