"Ordered food in their app and had to go inside and ask for it after waiting forever outside for it. They told me they didn't have any of one of the things i ordered, asked me if I'd like a substitute. I didn't want that so they gave me what I asked for to begin with. Why lie?"
"Went today bc of the storm didn't if the power would go out. 2 of my happy meals were missing their apple juices. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe no onions. This is the worst one I've ever gotten. HAD onions, and pretty much had no lettuce. It was all smashed. I've worked at McDonald's i understand the patty is sometimes a little flat, but that can be corrected my changing the settings. Its SUPPOSED to be juicy not flat. Things are getting more expensive and the quality honestly sucks. The fried we not fresh either soggy and not good.The McDonald's I worked none of my managers would've allowed a burger to go out like that. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's on my way home. I can't for some reason post the picture. I'm very upset and so are my kids. This McDonald's is usually decent, but today was horrible."
"It was cleaned, employees were polite, customers were enjoying their meals. No trash on the floors, no fights of any kind. Employees uniforms were clean and decent no complaints of any kind."
"Placed a drive through order and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The young man receiving the order helped me out and even adjusted what I ordered so it was the most cost effective. The food was hot, the order was correct, and the team was remarkably friendly. Definitely the best McDonalds experience I've had in years."
"It was extremely busy, and I think they needed a few more people in the front to cashier and someone to handle mobile app customers. That is my only complaint. Walter, the young man who was working this morning, was phenomenal. He was courteous, patient, and professional, handling what he did. Please recognize that young man."
