"Been eating here since it was Happy You You never had a problem until today. Paid for my order asked for sweet/sour sauce the guy put the sauce on top of my order, pulled his phone out, and walked off… didn’t say anything… thank you or nothing… very rude. Never ordering again from China One"

"We have come to this place a few times. The first time was ok the inside seemed unclean but manageable. The second time the person at the register, I believe his name was Chung, seemed rude. As we were eating we found a string in the spring roll. It would have been fine had the person at the register not given us an attitude. We just wanted to replace the spring roll and that was it. He was very defensive and in a rude tone asked what we wanted him to do about it. We eventually got the new spring roll and finished eating. This whole thing would not have been a big issue had the string not been a possible healthcode violation and had Chung not been rude to us and seemingly to other customers. He also did not seem to know who his manager was or their name. We were lucky that no one choked on the string. The food is always pretty decent and comes out hot, but the customer service is overall bad. I recommend going for the price and portions of food but not for the people who work there."

"Been going there for 2 years never had a problem until now. I always paid on the phone and never had a problem the employee there asked for my card information and only to find out that we had to pay cash when our food got delivered. But my question to the manager was what happened to the card information that was given she was supposedly running the payment. We had to lock our card just to make sure that any transaction will go through. Then the employee didn’t get my order right the manager promised to deliver and not charge me again for delivery. I agreed and paid for another order of jalapeño wing once payment goes through she tells me that they will cancel it and will not deliver anymore. I hope that I get my money refunded because it’s pretty messed up to tell a client something and then change their mind."

"Gigantic portions compared to how much i paid. You can add a bowl of soup to the meal for $0.99. My daughter has asked that we come here as part of a weekly rotation and that is saying a lot as she is really picky about what foods she eats"

"Was hoping to find a place we could order regularly from! But save your money. This is not the place. Food was very bland. Not much flavor. We ordered a lot of food that’s now sitting on my table. Pot stickers had a nice sear from the pan. Ordered the spare ribs. But they were cut up already not on bone. A little odd. Fried rice didn’t have much flavor. Noodles weren’t good. They had an odd color to them. Maybe a new chef? This was our first time ordering here. We love Chinese food but this was a disappointment. I never make reviews but I felt I had too!"
