"This restaurant has got to be the one with the Worst customer service in the valley. They will Never greet you with a Good Morning or a smile in their face, they answer the phone saying just "Jalisco?" and that's it. They never say Good Morning, What would you like to order or anything nice to make the customer feel welcome. Looks like they are always in a bad mood specially one of the the younger females, been a customer for years now cause the food was okay, untill this past weekend when the Menudo had a weird smell and the meat was very dark and had a rubbery texture. We decided to call and let them know, the lady after explaining the Menudo was okay, just told me to take it back then just hung up on me while I was still talking, so rude!"
