"This review is for the amazing customer service done at the drive thru by Nicholas A. And cook Sandra (called the unit to ask for cooks name) my husband and myself are very picky when it comes to our food and let me tell u our food was delicious not only hot but made just the way we asked for it :) thank you guys! Keep up the great work! Food we ordered (fish sandwich on regular bun & a bacon egg and cheese biscuit)"

"I like this Whataburger since it's nearby; my only complaints are the drive-thru service as they sometimes take a bit longer to give the food to me which I'm not really happy about but that's for the drive-thru and when I do finally receive the food they sometimes forget the sauces; there's no real complain from me about the dining in it's all good they do sometimes tend to forget about the sauces as well in there, but at least you should be able to walk up and ask for some or tell them about it and they'll understand they're small mistake and and of course give you some. And for this reason I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 Not exactly perfect but I'm fine with it"

"Jan 14th... I always order online so I can have it ready to go when I get there. Well, this time was different. Go there life 2 minutes before the actual time the app stated. Asked for my order. Employee went to check on it. Came back 3 minutes later and told me they were barely going to prepare it. I got my drinks and sat down to wait. 30 minutes later, the manager came out with my order. This after I saw 3 families get their orders before me. Yet mine was ordered online. There was 2 more people waiting for online orders as well. I usually go to the Whataburger on 107 and expressway in Edinburg. I've never had problems there. They need to just have certain people taking care of online orders and everyone else with dine in orders..."

"It is like any other Whataburger. But it being one of the first thing you see when coming into this town does something for me. The food is cooked quite well. But just like any other Whataburger, it gets extremely busy quite often. I tried to be polite as possible because I know that it isn't the employees fault for how long it takes to get your food I know that the place is just extremely busy so be prepared to wait."
