"This just happened about 5 min ago The young woman who took my order was fantastic and lovely and very helpful. She is the reason for the stars I did put. However, I came to work on a website so when I finished ordering I asked her for the Wi-Fi. She went to get it from a guy behind the counter with curly hair and glasses. He was well within hearing distance from me and refused to even make eye contact with me and gave her a huge run around about me being able to use the Wi-Fi. After a minute or two of talking about it on front of me, he acted like he was doing me a favor by letting her give me the Wi-Fi. Saying something like “what is she using it for because she can only use it for homework but she cannot just have it.” I’ve never had this happen at a food service place. Even a simple no, we don’t have public wifi would have been fine - but this was just bad customer service on his part. He ended letting her give me the Wi-Fi password begrudgingly but I ended up returning my drink and leaving bc I’m lactose intolerant and it turned out they didn’t have nondairy milk besides lactaid which hurts my stomach and I didn’t feel welcome anyways thanks to him."

"Fantastic bubble tea! We had taro milk tea, strawberry milk tea and Thai milk tea and all were fantastic! Very friendly staff greeted us and took our order and they were done fast!"

"Nice place, but their drinks and food are overpriced for what you get. Flavor of the drinks is somewhat lacking, and the buns have almost no filling and are undercooked. They take a good bit to have things ready. Boba tea lounge by pluckers is definitely the move."

"Stopped by for a quick drink on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded, so was able to walk straight to the register to place my order. Lady working the register wasn't too friendly, but did take the orders. Ordered a few milk teas and also an order of the Steamed Green Onion Roll that was in the display case. The teas were ready within 5 minutes. I ordered the Winter Melon Milk Green Tea made with boba, less sugar, and little ice. Even with the less sugar, the milk tea was still naturally sweet. The Steamed Green Onion Rolls were ok, but not what I was expecting. I thought there would be filling in the middle, but was basically just the dough from the steamed buns. It was pretty plain and bland tasting. Will come back when I want a boba tea, but will probably pass on the food next time."

"Kung Fu Tea somehow manages a very sweet spot between cozy and trendy. I've never been a fan of bubble teas, but someone asked me to check out the location for a birthday party later in the month. I was pleasantly surprised by the food and drinks. I had a strawberry lemonade with whatever those little bubble things are (gotta get the full experience, whether or not I'm a fan) and it was GOOD. I had some sesame buns as well and those were pretty darn tasty. The real surprise came when I paid though; this place is considerably less expensive than I'd expected. All in all a much better experience than I'd even hoped for. I figured this would be my one and only trip but now I might try to be one of the chaperones for that party..."
