"I get my morning coffee and snack here almost daily . Customer service is always great! Even when I mess up my own order they happily fixed my mistake , no issue. Great bunch of people working there!"
"Service fast and super friendly. Midnight coffee was dark and rich, white chocolate sweetened flavor was good with it, and not overly sweet like many places. The pancake wrap was much smaller than anticipated, but I got it with a coupon. Wouldn't pay $3 for it tho..."
"This was the worst experience I had here. I got a frozen coffee and glazed doughnut holes like I always do. This time tho my coffee was not blended well and the doughnuts basically had no glaze on them. I asked if the I could get more glaze because the ones I had, had none. They told me they couldn't do that and I waited to see if they were going to offer to fix it with like another set or something but the diver through lady just looked at me like I had 2 heads. So we left. In hindsight I probably should have ask for a refund but, they should have fixed or at least say they couldn't fix it and offer a refund."
"The coffee cake muffin tasted horrible. I don't know what's in it, but it doesn't taste like any coffee cake I've ever had. The donuts are also way smaller than I remember. Not to mention, the sprinkled donut I ordered had like 5 sprinkles on it and the glazed blueberry donut was substituted it with blueberry munchkins without asking. Wth?"
