"I order one happy meal plain and dry and 4pc Nuggets. They pulled me up to wait for ten minutes to make my order. Then after waiting they got my order wrong and gave me 8 Nuggets. So I had to turn around and go inside for them to fix my sons order. If you're going to make me wait for a simple order can't you at least make sure you make it right."

"Hello went though drive though tonight around 6-7pm the drive thou missed up on my order but when I went inside two girls up front we're so happy to help me without any hesitation. Didn't get there names but they we're very kind and understanding even apologizing.. just wanted to say thank you to those girls."

"This has been the slowest McDonald's ever. There management is horrible seems like it gets slower and slower at night. You put in a mobile order and you might as well just freaking wait in the line and order because that's what they want you to do anyway. By the time you finally make it to the speaker 44m later you tell them.your MOBILE order #. Absolutely insane how this place has gone down in there service this is fast food not fast at all. Not even in the slightest. So many things need to change at this place!!!!!"

"I know inflation is up, but $26.25 for the little amount of low-grade fast food we got? It's absurd when I can go to a local spot and get better quality food with larger portions at the same price. Never again."

"Stopped in today for lunch and really had an overall great experience! The food I ordered was delivered quick and accurate! Condiments in a small bag and brought out to my table. The staff that brought out the food was very friendly and ensured I had everything I needed! Then later I was greeted by another worker making sure I did not need anything. The only issue with my meal was they forgot to bring my cup which was no bother to walk up and get it being I had to get up to make my drink anyways. But when I went to get it, the manager apologized and then felt the need to explain to me why it was not brought and who was responsible. To be honest, doesn’t matter to me! As a manager, just apologize, and coach the necessary employee at a better time than in front of the customer. The other negative I had was that you could hear the manager voicing issues to employees all the way out in the lobby. This manager apparently feels the need to be loud with employees instead of seeking positive corrections and establishing a healthy work environment. To hear “to answer your question, I’m not okay, I’m not okay” into the lobby was concerning."
