"This Chili’s needs an update or two. Good food and great service but there was an unappealing smell (guessing grease trap?) and it’s in need of a good scrubbing—especially the windows. Decent value and a good vibe except the smell."

"We had a lovely experience the last time we visited this Chili's. The staff was super attentive, and I think a supervisor even checked on us! It was impressive how caring they were. The food was delicious and fresh. There's enough parking spots around the restaurant and it is easy to spot from the road."

"This place has had a ton of changes and I’m loving it! It all starts with the management and I truly appreciate how the new management has done things. I used to come 2-3 times a week to relax after work, the old management would never be seen helping their staff and the service/food reflected the lack of care. Now they make themselves present, helping their staff, and asking the guests how they are. The food has seen an improvement too! The new bartender, Ricky, is a joy! For those reasons I’ve been coming back again and I encourage others to try it again too!"

"Ordered delivery unbeknownst to me the block of inedible gunk that was going to arrive my doorstep- they were so rock hard that when you tried to pick one up the whole solid block would come out of the container- upon calling to request a solution I was told to call doordash and complain- if the issue is with chilis and their poor cooking practices why complain to door dash? I kept asking for the manager and she simply treated the same robotic script to contact grub hub- which frankly shows a lack of customer service skills. some of us work from home and request food delivered and expect somewhat good quality. Very disappointed in this chilis which I did enjoy going to in person. Edit- I submitted the chilis complaint web form twice with no response. I understand this large company obviously a lot of complaints to go through as evident from the many negative reviews from others below, so why tell me to submit the form if nothing will be remedied?"
