"Just waited at the walk up window for 10 minutes and still wasn’t serviced. Only one person working inside, it seems.She saw me and didn’t even bother to say hello. Like it’s not cold outside. I went right down the street to Starbucks. Dutch Bros has a hard time keeping up with SPEED. It’s 6pm no reason someone should be working alone. I have places to be and things to do."
"This was my first visit to Dutch Bros. I have to say this is a busy location, so I went to the window to order. The ladies' customer service was awesome from ordering to completion .They did apologize and informed me that there would be a little wait, which allowed me to know what to expect. Keep up the great work!! I loved my drink also.."
"Delicious and well-balanced coffee drinks. My favorite is the golden eagle so far but I want to try all of them. It's sweet but not overly sweet, the coffee is strong and the coffee flavor comes through without being bitter. All together lovely. The service is great too! They have friendly outgoing and diverse staff that don't seem to mind explaining a drink even at their busiest times, (try not to do that though)"
