"I was disappointed in our slow speed of service and meal. Server was training a new person and seemed more focused on that. I arrived at 11:40 and ordered tea and appetizer. Tea came out so weak it looked like water. Sent it back; manager came over to say tea machine broken. No problem will drink water. Ordered salad and steak and veggies immediately. Still no salad after 30 minutes. Hubby asked for it, and took another 10 while watching trainer sit down at a table to train new person. Seemed to have forgotten us. From the time we arrived to get our steak was 55 minutes, but the restaurant was nearly empty. This ended up being a 90+ min lunch that should have taken 60 at most. We saw tables come in after us that drank and ate and left b4 we had our steaks. I gave server my Landry card # at the beginning of the meal, but receipt didn't reflect it until I sent it back to correct it. Very disappointed in this visit. The food was great, but service experience was terrible."

"Christian, my server, Rocked! Entertaining, attentive, drink always full and didn't mind serving a picky eater with seafood food allergies. Bread was warm, soft, and delicious. New York Strip steak cooked perfectly. Best service and steak in Texas! I am a truck driver so I eat out a lot, but this place is my new favorite."

"I’ve had a dissatisfying experience before, but it was fixed, quickly.This time, not so much. I ordered my steak, well. It was not. I was told my refund would be processed in 5-7 days, but in 7 days, nothing. I called and was told the manager is on vacation, and it would be 2-3 weeks. Still nothing… they keep trying to redo the order, but I’ve already had to buy something else, closer, for lunch that day. JUST SEND THE MONEY BACK."

"Very nice and clean restaurant. Food was pretty good for the most part, my steak was perfect once I had them cook it a bit long with great taste. The shrimp were perfectly made. My husband wasn't so happy about his steak yet he also didn't ask them to cook it longer. Drinks were amazing and on point. I would go back."
