"We used to love whataburger but it has just gone downhill so much. Consistently slow and still get orders wrong. Expected cheese on the "taquito with cheese" menu item. Instead they all came without cheese. Odd."
"I seriously don't understand how this location is still open. I told the cashier 3 times that we would eat here and our food still came on to go bags. The food took forever to cone to us and ut was not hot. The flavor was good is the only reason I'm giving the food 4 stars. The kid that dropped off our food just set in on the table and turned and walked away, didn't ask if we needed anything else, etc. It smells very strange in the dining area as well. Can't quite put my finger on the smell. The owner seriously needs to take a look at the management and employees and customer service."
"There are pieces of styrofoam in my drink. My only issue up to that point was the 30+ minute wait time to get food. I will not be back to the location. Edit: It just gets worse. I tried to open the taquitos I paid for and the wrapper is IN the taquito. It's like super glue. My money is wasted with an inedible meal and time I won't get back. Don't even bother with this place."
"Jana was the manager on duty, very polite, attentive, and came out to the lobby to serve customers as needed. The food was fresh, hot, made just as we ordered and didn’t take long at all! I would definitely come back!"
