I gave my $1,000 deposit on a vehicle that was coming in from San Antonio on 9/8/23 which was supposed to arrive by 9/13/23. When the vehicle was still not there on 9/22/23, I asked for them (Jennifer) to return my deposit. She stated that she would put it back on my card. On 9/27/23 I checked my bank and the money was still not there. I called and Jennifer lied saying that she put a check in the mail on 9/26/23. When I checked my bank on September 28th my card had been credited. I suggest dealing with an honest dealership, this is not it."
