"The employees are always so kind to me when I order! I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. Even on busier days, I appreciate how hard they work to get orders out as quickly as possible, yet still making them perfectly! Great job to all those who work there"

"We usually come here and have issues once every few times. However this time we ordered 2 regular hot coffees. When we took the lid off, the coffee looked like swamp water, even thats an understatement. We thought looks could be deceiving so we ended up walking off and took a sip when it wasn't as hot. This coffee was so bad I'm genuinely curious on what they put in there. It was so bad it could wake up a dead man from one sip and thats an understatement. After this horrible experience we thought we could go back and get a refund / new coffees. However to our surprise, he said he couldn't do anything about it because we walked off after we got the coffees. He did not want to offer a refund or remake the drinks. The service was almost as bad as the coffee. Don't spend your money on over priced horrible coffee here."

"It’s one barista here who is very adamant about being very stingy. I ordered my go-to drink with a 1/2 inch of oat milk in a grande cup. The beverage looked as if it was only espresso. When I asked him for a very little bit more the barista was insisting on not doing it. To avoid feeding into his attitude I just requested a refund instead. What a shame to waste an entire beverage because of not wanting to add a smidge more oat milk."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had. Katelyn is an incompetent and extremely rude young lady. I ordered a Brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso without ice, extra shot of espresso & top the cup with oat milk. Before I could finish telling her my order she rudely interrupted me at “without ice” and said “we can’t do that”. I explain to her that they could still use the ice in the shaker, but just didn’t want more ice added to the drink. She continued to interrupt me and said she couldn’t do it and that she was the barista there today. After like 5 attempts to explain to Katelyn how I wanted my drink I gave up and let her order whatever she wanted me to have. When the guy (I didn’t get his name) that made my drink ask out I wanted it he said “no worries I got you” making it seem very easy. Katelyn walked over to him and whisper something to him and laughed away. I get this same exact drink just about every day at a different Starbucks location, and they never have any issues."

"Starbacks should put a big sign to show how to collect online orders here, she called my name and I took my order, and than she said next time let us know before I pick in a very bad attitude."
