"Got the chocolate doughnut holes. They were great and they really helped me through my day. Ok. Prepare yourselves. This coffee was the strongest ever. 1. It tasted so good since I got the Hazelnut Shipley House Coffee 2. The Coffee has to have like a million milligrams of caffeine because I felt like my mind was working 100 times faster. This Shipleys was great, I really recommend the donut holes and the house coffee!"
"Was at Colleyville Shipley’s this morning and the glazed donuts were old and stale. Very disappointed the old donut shop that use to be in Colleyville closed because the owner was ill and could no longer work. It was so much better than Shipley’s as the donuts were always fresh. Oh how we miss her."

"My son and I stopped by on our way to run errands. I needed coffee. He wanted a donut. We went through the drive thru around 12:30pm. We found out through the intercom that the store closed early (at 12pm) for New Year’s Eve. But… the staff wanted to make sure they can help us. They gave us donuts and iced coffee- on the house! When I offered to pay, they wouldn’t take it. They could have easily turned us away bc they were technically closed. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure my son got his donut fix and I was properly caffeinated. Thank you! Welcome to Colleyville!"
"We love Shipley’s donuts. This location, however, is not the same quality food that you would find at other locations. The donuts are more like giant loafs of bread sprinkled with sugar and salt. My favorite donut, the old fashion, tasted like a cheddar biscuit from Red Lobster. Service is great. Donuts need a makeover."
