"I’ve had a good experience from this location for the most part. This morning is a different story. I asked for a venti cappuccino. I got a large cup with mostly foam in it. Over half the cup was foam. When I asked for more coffee I was told that is how it’s made. Never happened before. I ordered and paid for a double shot of espresso. Got a single, even though it clearly said a double on the side of the cup. The cashier at the drive thru was like an evil elf on the shelf; condescending and bubbly. I’m annoyed and feel cheated. Will be going up the street from now on."
"Was a regular customer but after my last visit no more . The girl at the window is super sweet but the person taking order got it wrong When I got to window I got a sandwich and the wrong coffee!! We’re all confused I want the coffee but not the sandwich which I didn’t order and when I sipped the coffee it wasn’t the one I ordered. We’ll then comes this salt and pepper hair bit€$ and she gets attitude with me and employee at window So unprofessional to be scolding employee in front of customers!!!! She was being nice and had patience…. The confusion started with whomever took the order !!!"
"I was there today at 9:53 am, I ordered a Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap and a Grande Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold Brew with extra pumps of syrup, I just want to say that, I should have ordered a Venti cause whoever is at Bar… you did an awesome job! Made exactly how I make it while I’m at work and I’ll definitely be coming back! I hope that you have a fantastic day!"
"What an efficiently run location! Additionally, the person who took my order and took care of me at the drivethru window was Jimena. What a light of sunshine in the cool morning! She was upbeat, kind, and truly embodied the brand I have come to love: Starbucks. As an international traveler, I have been waited on and assisted by staff from all walks of life. Everyone has something to deal with these days. To have had Jimena and her coworkers and their commitment to the customer deliver such as stellar experience speaks to the way this location is run. I look forward to my next visit at this location!"
