"This is the third time we've been here since they opened. I thought "well, they've been open for a while, have decent reviews, maybe they're decent now." Nope. The coffee is terrible. This trip they got the order wrong (no big deal), went back into the drive thru, and the latte was what you see in the photo. I scraped off the foam just to see what was happening. The best way I could describe it was that somebody made a pot of water in the same room as coffee and milk. It was just awful, barely coffee-flavored dishwater."
"Used to get PJ’s every time we went through Louisiana. It is great coffee, so I was thrilled to find it here. Had the cafe au lait and the beignets. Very tasty. Great staff. There’s a nice outdoor patio and the inside has room to sit and relax. We had a wonderful time listening to the music. It reminded me of all the great music in New Orleans."
"As big fans of New Orleans we were excited to try PJ's and they did not disappoint. My kids got King Cake Steamers and loved them. The Iced King Cake Latte was also yummy. The atmosphere was great with great music and it was super clean. Next time we will get some food items to try."
"Ordered the Butter Rum Latte with oat milk and a Peppermint Mocha. Peppermint could’ve been a bit more pungent, but otherwise tasted great! Butter Rum Latte was great, really could taste the rum and buttery flavors all throughout the latte! Atmospherically, the shop is beautiful!! They have the history of the shop located all around the store, staff is very friendly! Overall, a great local coffee shop! :)"
"My favorite thing to do is to check out local coffee shops because of my love for coffee, but I was slightly disappointed when I came in for the first time! I wanted to have my latte in a regular cup but they only had small sizes so I ended up having to get a to go cup! It also was way to sweet which is unusual for a vanilla latte, but I think they just added to much vanilla! Atmosphere was nice but had limited seating in my opinion. I had the almond croissant and it was okay, but nothing I would want to get again. I will try this place again because it did get higher ratings than what I would give, but maybe it was just an off day! Staff was very nice and it was very clean though!"
