"We enjoy coming to Einstein Bros. The coffee is fabulous. We’ve tried to order the avocado toast and the avocados always look old and a little brown making the taste not so great. So far, though, that’s our only complaint"
"If I’m going to spend $10 for 1/2 a dozen of bagels, they best be fresh. I walked in at 7:15am to get bagels to take home. The bagels they gave me were two days old at best. I got a variety of flavors and every last one was hard. Worst bagels ever. They have to do better if they want to stay in business, but they lost mine!"
"I was uber excited to see you guys in my neighborhood…however, I was extremely disappointed in the service. The cashiers were very polite and friendly but my food came out wrong so I sent it back to only get in the car to see that there’s cross contamination for sure considering there was guacamole all over my food and the containers of the items I asked to go on the side. I also paid for extra salmon which I didn’t get compared to the first sandwich I was served. The cooks just didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food they put out. I will be requesting a refund."
"I guess because they’re fairly newer than the other locations, could use some more training on prep. My to-go order of Lox & Bagel was prepared like a sandwich, not traditional open faced like their other locations, and the bagel was not toasted like I requested, so it was terribly stiff. Very disappointing when you were looking forward to it."
