"I was really disappointed with my experience with the bagels from. Firstly, the amount of spread they gave was laughable; it was like they were rationing it. Secondly, the bagels were burnt to a crisp, which completely ruined the taste. And to top it all off, they managed to mess up my order. Overall, it was a complete letdown, and I won't be returning anytime soon."

"Eaten here many times and love it! Nice staff and good quality food. Pretty much here weekly to bi-weekly. We should not have introduced our kids to this place, because often they now want Einstein’a more than they want the cheaper donut option on a Saturday morning! Ha!"

"The staff was slow and played behind the counter too much. I ordered 2 sandwiches which took 20 minutes for over 6 people to make due to the behavior of the staff. It would have been fine if the food was good. I watched as they dropped food and played games behind the counter. My food was awful needless to say. I'm not a fan of this place and won't be back."

"MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO PUT SOME ATTENTION INTO THE DETAILS!! 5x I’ve come here now and not one single time can you make my order right!!! I know there are a lot of new employees here but damn so frustrating, already wish we had something else here except for a bagel place that can’t even get a bagel right! Does this look like a 6 cheese toasted bagel to you? NOPE ITS A PLAIN AND NOT TOASTED! Look you don’t have to have an IQ just a brain of some sort Jesus!!!!"
