"Worst customer service ever! We got here at 7:55 and went in to order our boba. Waited for the guy to show up 5 mins later and told us they were closed. There were few customers still waiting to get their drinks. This is what happens when you place lazy employees behind your register. He was eagerly waiting to clock out and get his paycheck. I will never go to this place again!"

"This is the 2nd time in 3 days that i want to try this boba place. Store suppose to be open at 1.30pm. I came right at 1.30pm and the store said will reopen at 1.40pm i waited til 1.40pm and then employee came out and put another sign that they will reopen at 2pm. I would understand if the store have some issues, but any explanation would be nice and not just keep on moving the opening time. I will not be coming back here anymore. It is a waste of customer time to not honor the store hours."
"Just found out this place had opened! Glad to have a boba place nearby open til 8pm. My boyfriend and I loved our drinks. The cups are SO cute and surprisingly sturdy! The atmosphere is adorable, comfortable, clean, and inviting. I love their stuffed animals and overall decor. The staff is nice and welcoming!"
