Panera Bread

"The good food was negated by the stinky vagrants seated in 2 areas of the restaurant. The smell of them by the coffee was bad, as was the smell near the cold drinks. It was also negated by the unfriendly attitudes of the cook staff behind the counter. I complimented them twice on the food. Neither of them bothered to respond to me. The restaurant is dirty dirty. I DOUBT WE WILL RETURN TO THIS SOUTHSIDE LOCATION."

"I always go with my parents, but today was horrible. A young lady was going to start serving us and she left and left us alone for a long time, then someone else came and threw a bag of bread, then she was going to buy a ready-made bag and also threw it away. They treated us in a very bad way when we just wanted to spend some time there and consume drinks and bread. She was so rude and the worst thing was that the manager justified it by saying that she has internal problems. I wonder why they have people like that in charge. and we just left without being offered a real apology. I will not return to that place, I do not recommend it."

"Recently moved to this area and have only visited this location twice. Each time I’ve had issues with my order the first time I tried not to mind it. They just forgot to remove tomato from my sandwich. Decided to give them another try and this time was worse. Asked for extra croutons and bread. All items were marked on the receipt as if it was actually checked! It wasn’t because no bread and no extra croutons. Even more disappointing there was a manager at the counter who sealed my bag and handed it to me. Just all around disappointed by this location. It wasn’t too busy inside so I’m not sure how they missed the mark on accuracy. I know we’re all human but this seems to be a trend here."

"Panera has very good food choices and drinks, the food is great and service as well. but the atmosphere of the restaurant surprised me today. 5 homeless people sleeping inside the restaurant, their belongings seating on the tables, seats. that area was dirty, with odor that was very strong. the restroom were not clean at all, paper all over the place, faucet running water, urine odor. very disappointing. I saw managers and employees walking inside the restaurant and doing nothing about that. one homeless person left and that area was not clean at all, no disinfected and no tables wipe at all. This brings bad atmosphere to the restaurant, definitely not coming back to this location."

"Store #600846 --The Unprofessional Associate and the Store Manager who stood there and did nothing about it. I was flipped off and called a liar…YUP given the middle finger and then taunted that he would not be fired. I will not give any Panera Bread my time or money or company money."
