"My mom almost GOT RAN OVER by their delivery Penske Truck of 18ft, they drove towards us full speed, bended to graze our car and the manager randomly approached us in the parking lot - without any store identification etc- with an entertained grin. Experienced the most traumatic thing in our lives today just to get coffee. An apology nor a warning - just a mockingly, grinning and watching us scream in horror in the car. Do better, be nicer, not cool to make fun of customers, especially as a manager!!! :("

Today was red cup day and I was hesitant to go in for my usual coffee because I expected a line and exhausted employees. Jasper helped us and was so nice and even took the time to make conversation!
