West Oak Coffee Bar is a cozy cafe and store located at 114 West Oak Street in Denton, Texas. Founded in 2014 by two firefighters with a passion for their city and good coffee, West Oak is a warm and inviting space for locals to enjoy. We proudly serve our own freshly roasted Voltage Coffee, available for purchase in whole bean or ground form. Our kitchen offers a seasonal menu for breakfast and lunch, along with a variety of desserts, snacks, and pastries. Situated on the north side of historic downtown Denton, our location allows for easy access to many nearby attractions. Customers rave about our delicious coffee, tasty food, and the friendly staff who make every visit a delight. "good service, good atmosphere (its a little loud), and stunning interior. i ordered an iced matcha latte with honey, and it didn't taste great. it had chunks, tasted as if they didnt mix the honey in properly, and sweet but not matcha-y. i didn't finish it."

"My home away from home! The most delicious tea, coffee, and food. If you haven’t had the home fries with a side of their basil aioli, your life isn’t complete. I love getting know my regular baristas, Eden & Emma. I am working on learning everyone’s name. They know me and my order, even though there are times I get confused for “Shelly.” Apparently, she is my doppelgänger. (Shelly, if you see this, we need to meet up for home fries and take a photo.) Thankful for this West Oak family! You guys are the best!"

"Ordered the breakfast toast and very disappointed with how it turned out. Giving it a 2 star because main complaint is the bread. It's not toasted at all all I've posted the photo to show that it's just a limp slice or bread with avocado on top. I've ordered this before and received it toasted so at the very least they could have told me that maybe the toaster isn't working if that's the case when I ordered the item."

"Chill atmosphere, delicious coffee, and great food. This breakfast, beer, and coffee spot is right on the square. It has positive vibes where you can enjoy a cup of brew and a conversation. The cinnamon roll is really good with a giant scoup of fresh cream cheese frosting. The sausage gravy on SOS was also delicious."
