"Incredibly slow. I was also charged the price of a soda for an ice water. I have eaten at Chick-fil-A tons of times in my life and this is the only place that actually did that. Not impressed."
"Orederd two meals through door dash and both were missing sides, this seems to be the norm at this restaurant when you order food. Food is good but good luck getting what you paid for. Poor customer service seems to be the norm if you order food via door dash, either items are missing or the order is wrong."
"Slowest chick fil a ever… thought I’d grab a QUICK bite before driving back to SA but I had to wait 20 minutes for one #1 meal while the people around me that sat down and ordered after me were served first… if your looking for a quick bite AVOID this place, two other parties had the same complaint as I did at the counter…"
"Lady at the counter was telling everyone to go sit down and someone would come to our table to take our order. We weren’t given a number or anyway to track our place in line. Servers were slowly walking around randomly taking other people’s orders that came in after us. Both orders were incorrect as well. I ordered Cobb salad with double grilled chicken and did not get double grilled chicken. Other person in my party ordered the same thing and received double fried chicken instead of grilled chicken. Not the Chik-fil-a experience I am used to. Been here multiple times and the atmosphere is unfriendly to say the least."
