"Went through drive through Sunday night ordered chicken nuggets. Cashier tried to get me to pay for cheese burgers went to get my food they tried to give me a hamburger. I said no. Ordered chicken nuggets. They gave me a hamburger anyways. Ended up in the trash. I don’t eat red meat"
"Apparently now we can’t use the QR CODES at the cashier stand according to Gisselle the cashier that we have to do it with the self order. I told her I always do it here and she responded with “it’s not me.” I really don’t mind it but the reason she gave me was stupid and after that she was just walking around the soda station doing nothing and I waited over 10 mins for two ice cream cones and it was not busy at all. Bad service."
"Came through drive-thru and ordered 3 coffees they moved us up to a window 2 to wait only to receive my order wrong as well as attitude for pointing it out."
"The food was everything you can expect but it was a pretty long wait time for what we got. Almost all the tables were messy and there were no white containers to put the ketchup in. :/"
