"I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I got there it was closed and it said open when I checked online. So I decided to try again another day and I ordered a hot white mocha and it tasted old, if I'm being honest. The woman who took my order wasnt too friendly and seemed like she was barely awake even. I had high hopes for this place because I'm all about supporting local business. I'm writing this review so that maybe they can make improvements. Edit: I went on Monday 3/10 when they were open. Then the other time I went was on a Saturday around 9am and there were no vehicles there and window said closed"

"I cannot say enough good stuff about the Coffee Stop. They have an amazing flavor selection and as a diabetic I was very impressed with the selection of sugar free flavors. Nobody else in Azle has as many. On my latest trip there I discovered that ALL of the snow cone flavors are available in sugar free!! I’m super excited about this due to the fact that I LOVE snow ones and most places only have a few flavors that are sugar free and they’re usually not my favorites. And the snowcones are available almost all day. I won’t be going anywhere else for coffee or snow cones."

"Honestly was so looking forward to this place opening up but sad to say I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. They didn’t get my order wrong once but twice for a simple latte with no sweetener or anything. I honestly understand that this is a small business nearby (which is the reason why I wanted to spend my money here). But I cannot with a good conscience recommend this place. My first time here I asked for a latte with nothing special. When I took the first sip it was loaded with some kind of sugar. (Whatever no biggie I can get over that.) Second time here yesterday morning, I waited in the drive thru line for about ten minutes before my order was taken, and I asked for the same thing a medium latte. When I received my latte the barista handed it to me and I noticed it wasn’t hot, I tried to take the first sip and realized my cup was almost half empty! And not only half empty but it was room temp! I’ve been a barista for 7 years room temp dairy is a big no no and can very easily leads to a nasty case of food poisoning. I didn't take another sip, because I didn’t want to be the one that was a Guinea pig for their first food poisoning case! I visited them today and politely asked for a refund and was denied (because somehow they can’t “return” a food product) made no sense to me since most other businesses for the sake of keeping your business will refund you? I was offered instead something else on their menu and I said no because I didn’t want to risk it, again! I’m frustrated because I paid for a full medium hot latte and got none of those things! Instead I’m out five bucks, and I'm worried that others might get sick from drinking at this place! Beware with buying your coffee here. To the owner: please make sure that your baristas are following food handler safety guidelines. I want to come back here someday but think maybe you need some time to learn how to master beverage crafting. I hold nothing against you guys I think it’s great you have a small business here in this area just please be careful in the future. Milk is either supposed to be 40degrees or colder or 120-165degrees to kill the bacteria that begins to grow in the middle of those two temps."
