Starbucks

"We usually get a side of dark caramel syrup for caramel macchiato and for some reason this store today decided we couldn't buy it...what??? In Brownsville and Harlingen we have no issues what so ever and barista says she's calling Brownsville cause they can't sell it...why not?? The customer service isn't the best here but today just topped it we're coming from Brownsville next time I'll just hold on a little while longer and order in Harlingen...UGH"

"Im disgusted by the way they aren't sanitized. They are dirty. The main reason why I'm doing this feedback is because I almost hit a person's car. A RANDOM PERSON CAR?? They have no parking spaces. It's so packed and is completely unacceptable. Another reason, This worker made me so mad. I ordered a Mango Dragon fruit refresher. Correct, but she asked "Do you want lemonade, water, or coke?". Excuse me coke? Im not mad at the fact that she asked that. I'm mad because the last worker asked instead milks. They were delicious. The worker today was so unacceptable. The drink today was disgusting and is just so unexpected. Im pissed about the fact that they are dirty, don't know how to do their job correctly, and etc... Please get better at doing your job. Thank you."

"I love Starbucks but recently at this location, I’ve been having trouble with my morning coffee. A few days ago I had coffee grounds but it wasn’t much of a big deal. This morning, my coffee looked dirty on the top but I didn’t put too much attention since I was driving and around 9 am, I spit out and wasted half of my coffee due to the fact that it was FULL of coffee grounds. This is completely unacceptable knowing you guys are a million dollar company and open AHEAD OF TIME, to clean and set up. Yet, a machine is dirty even when they serve hundreds of coffee a day. That is disgusting, and that is being called lazy. My coffee was absolutely gross and I was grossed out. Who knows how long that machine has been dirty for."

"This Starbucks is incredible. The staff is very friendly. They provide the best customer service I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. At times, Dark Roast Coffee isn't available. They always offer to make a fresh brew. I love it. The coffee is always great and the wait in the drive-through is always fast. Staff is very efficient."

"We were visiting from Florida and noticed this location’s grand opening was the day we arrived. The staff was very friendly and the coffee / refresher we ordered were perfect! Plenty of seating even for large groups inside and out at this great location!"
