"I have never been to a Mcdonald’s this slow. They’re a bunch of youngsters that don’t know what they’re doing, they’re mostly in their phones & talking. They take forever with the orders. This is just so disrespectful. There was at least 10 workers and they still managed to take over 20 mins for my simple order. Also store is dirty."
"So I go to purchase a coffee and the wait time is long the server at the window charges for my coffee after explaining that I have enough points for a free large iced coffee. She says the code i gave her from my app is for points only I told her ahead of time that I would using my points for a free drink qhile giving her my code and she still charges me. We go back and forth on the points and free drink. As I'm trying to get across my point very politely she looks at her coworker and rolls her eyes. I do mention there was no need for the attitude and she says she was not giving me attitude nor rolling her eyes. I move up to the next window and ask to speak to the manager and explain what happened. She apologized and returned the money that had been charged to my card. The manager was kind, patient, and understanding as for the worker????"
"I ordered a 20 piece of spicy nuggets a week ago and they gave my regular nuggets. I went again today to get a 20 piece of spicy chicken nuggets and they told me to park at #2. I waited about 6 minutes for my order…I get my order and when I arrive home to eat my chicken nuggets I see that they mixed regular nuggets and about only 5 spicy nuggets…I paid extra and waited patiently. I used to work at McDonald’s it’s not the best but why is it so hard to just get the order out correctly? Very disappointed. Ps. You can tell which are regular and which are spicy (spicy are darker)."
