"Horrible drive thru! Waiting over 30 min for a nugget meal because every car kept getting pushed out to wait in parking spots. What's worse is that they made their one runner miserable by having to deal with all the customers that had been waiting just as long as I had. That's poor management and lack of care for employees and customers."

"Cubside the worst they take so long to deliver and customers service forget it the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve been too. The night manager seems to not even care about their customers either I over heard her arguing with a customer about not receiving their food. My suggestion is don’t come here. Go elsewhere. And another thing I had to get off to get my food after waiting for long and they just went ahead and toss my food on the counter as I saw them"

"Arriving at 1045am..the ordering displays were still offering breakfast to which I started my order. It kept accepting my order so I kept ordering and when I was going to start the order for my husband, I heard a voice from behind the counter that breakfast wasn't being served any longer. Totally messed up my cravings. We place our lunch order and go sit. The tables had not been cleaned. The floors were sticky. They bring out our food about 10 minutes later but missing my drink. To which I point to the receipt and ask for my drink. The soda I wanted was not available. A while later I heard another customer complaining about his order and whomever was tending to his concern, just yells out JUSTIN YOU GAVE THE WRONG ORDER TO THIS MAN. Very unprofessional."

"I have had several bad experiences with this location in particular but yesterday I thought “what the heck, it’s on my way home”. Never again. Something ALWAYS goes wrong here. Rude employees, machine didn’t give receipt, they couldn’t find my order although I showing proof where they charged my card! I ordered a simple 6 piece happy meal. I finally get my order, and I can’t even make this up, one of them was missing crust and they even counted a shriveled little burnt nugget as 1 of the 6. -11 stars."

"The long line to the drive-through is crazy so we came in the tables are clean the floors are immaculate the service inside was great my grandkids were happy and the video game that they had on table was great to keep them busy."
