"Manager was very rude about a hair being in my burger and said he couldn’t do nothing about it and their very un profesional they have no hair nets on and the guy in back is sweating and wiping his sweat while putting orders in the bags"
"I had placed an order through their mobile order and ordered extra bacon. I paid extra for it and when I went to pick it up. The burger had NO BACON. When I called to let them know what had happened they didn’t answer the five times I called! The nuggets were cold and soggy. Never again!"
"Horrible horrible experience! I placed my order online and went to the drive thru for pick up. The person in front of me took a long time so I left the drive thru and went inside to pick up my order. Upon entering I wasn’t greeted, instead all i heard was the employees talking amongst each other and to the person at the drive thru and speaking in a very unprofessional manner using curse words all while not even noticing I was there. Finally I was given horrible service and began waiting for my order. The employees still didn’t care there was customers present and continued acting in an unprofessional manner with each other. I noticed the manager was one of the very unprofessional employees as well, she was also the cook and was chewing gum horribly while preparing my food. I finally got my food and left the establishment feeling disgusted and appalled that people can act this way at their place of work. I wish I could give them 0 stars. No wonder the place was completely empty."
"This place steals card info. Avoid it! Bought drinks one day, 2 days later I had a extra charge of 20 and when I called about it. The manager passed me off to a GM that never returned my call. No one took responsibility for ringing up charges. You're better off at another."
