"Workers lied about pokemon blind bags. I called on Wednesday afternoon to see if they had any left but sadly didn’t. I was though told that they were doing first come first server 10 boards on Saturday. I showed up an hour and a half early to find out they are doing a raffle instead. After waiting 9 hours to see if I could get one of the 10 boards we get told at the raffle that oh they are only doing 3 boards. So after showing up 9 hours ago being told if I was first I’d get one to then being told there were gonna be 10 then all of a sudden there were 3 is ridiculous I give this Zumiez a 1 star if I could they would get a 0. How they communicated this and ran this whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. A store shouldn’t be lying to customers and then run a “launch party” 3 days after everything already launched."
"John was amazing in helping my daughter get her first board! Helped picked out the deck, wheels, trucks...everything. Built it for her and showed her some tips in the store before we left. John is the epitome of what true customer service should be!!! A+++++"
"Staff members were very friendly. This store has a huge selection of decks, tees, skates, etc. :) It's a pretty big Zumiez! The store is clean and organized well (even the clearance section!) I love this cool Feitan T-shirt they had!"
"My experience here was absolutely amazing! The staff was so helpful and generous to help! They answered all my questions and stood by to help with anything I needed. I'm completely new to skateboarding and they asked the right questions to help me with all my needs. Great store to purchase a board or accessories. Thank you all!"
