"Ordered through the app at midnight and pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru, waited 4 full minutes and no one came on(I was on a motorcycle so I don't blame them). I decided to pull up to the window to show them the code, they asked if I ordered a frappe and some other food items. So I noticed they got the person's order behind me instead. I said no and told them I ordered through the app and told them my code, they couldn't find an order over the given code for a couple of minutes and after speaking to another employee they finally found the order and the inevitable "pull forward" was told to me in which I kindly understood due to not giving the order through the speaker box. 12 minutes and 5 cars later, they finally give my triple cheese burger and large fries after giving family's their Oswald size orders. Kind of ridiculous the "pull forward" method is being a thing now a days and being socially accepted when employees tend to forget or get too busy to leave the line and bring a food item"
"Waited about 20 minutes for some food and when it came I left since I was in such a hurry and trusted the double checked for accuracy sticker saying I had 3 Buffalo sauces however when I looked in a while later there was bbq not Buffalo, cmon man"
"Everything is getting smaller except the prices. You have to order 15 dollars worth of food to fill up. They served my soda full of ice. When i wanted more I had to stand in line and wait for a refill.. my food got cold"
"We did a mobile curbside order. We were not given a proper receipt to be able to make a review on the mcds website. We were missing a full order of nuggets. There was absolutely no sodas so we asked for unsweet tea. We were given sweet tea that rose my blood sugar tremendously. All food that was given to us (2 burger and fries since nuggets were missing) were extremely cold. Fries were soggy. One of the burger we paid for extra veggies and they gave us a regular amount. I highly suggest making sure to check your bag before leaving the park lot."
